#Getting help

Can't find the answer here? Message Gantry on X at @gantryfun. For payment or launch problems, include your wallet address and the transaction hash, so the team can look it up straight away.

#Wallet won't connect or sign in

• Make sure the wallet extension is unlocked, then press Connect again.
• If the signature prompt never appears, check for a pop-up hidden behind the browser window.
• In a mobile wallet browser, reload the page after approving the connection.

#My wallet shows a security warning

Some wallets warn about new or unfamiliar sites. Check that the address bar shows Gantry's official address. Gantry only asks for a free sign-in signature, an ETH top-up to the treasury and the Pons launch. Never approve token allowances or share your seed phrase.

#Wrong network

Gantry switches your wallet to Robinhood Chain (4663) automatically. If your wallet refuses, add the network manually using the values in Network and contracts.

#I paid but didn't get fuel

Open the Hangar and press Check again on the pending payment, or paste the transaction hash under Sent ETH but no fuel?. The payment must be from your signed-in wallet to the treasury on Robinhood Chain. If it was sent on a different network, it can't be credited.

#My launch is stuck on confirming

Press Check again on the Launch page. Find the transaction in your wallet's activity or on the explorer; if it succeeded, checking again connects it. Don't send a second launch.

#The launch button won't arm

Every station must read GO, and the blockers list under the checklist says what is missing. The most common gaps are a missing logo, a description under 8 characters and no X or Telegram link.

#My token's logo doesn't show

For linked tokens, press Refresh from chain in the builder. Logos are fetched through several IPFS gateways and copied to Gantry; if every gateway is slow, wait a few minutes and try again, or upload the image directly.

#The AI returned an error

Try again, or rephrase with fewer changes at once. Fuel for a failed premium edit is refunded automatically, and a failed free generation doesn't count against your daily limit.

#My free generations ran out

Free generations reset at 00:00 UTC. On busy days the shared free budget can run out earlier. Topping up any amount of fuel switches you to the premium model immediately.

#Linking says I'm not the creator

Connect with the wallet that launched the token on Pons, or the one set as its creator fee recipient. Linking can't be done from another wallet.
