Launch on Pons

Run the go/no-go checklist, sign once, and Gantry connects the new token to your site.

#Overview

The Launch page turns a built site into a live token on Pons v2. The transaction is sent from your own wallet to the Pons contracts; Gantry prepares it, checks it, and afterwards connects the result to your site.

#Go/no-go checklist

Six stations must read GO before the launch button arms.

StationRequirement
01 · VehicleToken name, at least 2 characters
02 · CallsignTicker, 2–10 letters or digits
03 · InsigniaA logo is set (upload, AI or import)
04 · MissionDescription, at least 8 characters
05 · Fuel pairETH pair, valid dev buy, creator tax within the Pons maximum
06 · CommsAn X or Telegram link

Gantry also checks with the Pons factory that launching is open for your wallet and that an active launch configuration exists, so a launch that would fail is stopped before your wallet is asked to sign.

#What happens when you press launch

  1. Save

Name, ticker, description and socials are saved to your site so the site and the token match.

  2. Simulate

The launch is simulated against the live contracts. If it would revert, you see the reason and nothing is sent.

  3. Sign

Your wallet asks you to confirm one transaction on Robinhood Chain. Review the amount, then approve.

  4. Verify

Gantry waits for the receipt and reads the TokenLaunched event from the Pons factory to get the new contract address.

  5. Connect

The address is wired into your site, the site is published, and the token appears on Departures.

#Dev buy and slippage

With a dev buy, Gantry launches through the Pons launchAndBuy router so the launch and your first buy happen in one transaction. The expected amount is simulated first, and the transaction reverts if you would receive more than 5% fewer tokens than simulated.

#If confirmation is slow

If the chain takes longer than usual, the page shows Check again. Your launch is not lost: the transaction hash is kept, and pressing Check again finishes the connection. Checking twice never charges twice.

Important
Don't send the launch a second time from your wallet while the first one is pending. That would create a second token.

#Pons access

Whether a wallet may launch is decided by Pons, not Gantry. Gantry reads canLaunch for your wallet before every launch. If Pons restricts launching, the Launch page tells you instead of letting a transaction fail.

Prices and limits on this page are read live from Gantry's settings.
