Terms of use

Last updated October 25, 2026

1. What Gantry is

Gantry is a software tool that uses AI to help you create a website for a token and to prepare a token launch on Pons, a third-party launchpad on Robinhood Chain. Gantry is independent and is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Pons or Robinhood.

2. You stay in control of your wallet

Gantry is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys, seed phrase or funds. Every on-chain transaction is reviewed and signed by you in your own wallet. On-chain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by Gantry.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the tokens you create, the content of your site and how you promote them.
  • You must follow the laws that apply to you, including rules on securities, consumer protection and advertising.
  • You must not use Gantry to impersonate others, mislead buyers, infringe intellectual property, or create scams, rug pulls or illegal content.

We may remove sites and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. AI-generated content

Sites are generated by AI models and can contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish or launch. You are responsible for content you choose to publish.

5. Credits (fuel)

Paid features use prepaid credits called fuel, bought with ETH on Robinhood Chain. Fuel is priced in US dollars and converted at the ETH price when your payment is mined. Current prices are shown in the Hangar and on the home page and may change; a change never affects fuel you already hold.

Fuel is not money, has no cash value, can't be transferred and isn't refundable, except where the law requires it. When a paid action fails on our side (for example the AI can't finish an edit), the fuel for it is returned automatically. If you sent ETH and didn't receive fuel, claim it in the Hangar with the transaction hash.

Launching a token through Gantry has no Gantry fee. Pons charges its own launch fee, paid from your wallet directly to Pons.

6. No warranty

Gantry is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime, the performance of any token, or the behavior of third-party services such as Pons, wallets, blockchains or AI providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Gantry is not liable for losses from token trading, smart contract behavior, third-party services, or transactions you sign.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
